Peak of Beauty

Yesterday I found a bunch of old photos from college. The first thing I noticed was my missing eyebrows.. Seriously, where were they? Were they taking vacation from my face? Ok, of course I’m exaggerating. They were there.. if you looked hard enough in between the red curls. There are a bunch of other things I can criticize, but the past is the past. And that’s where the past will remain. Thank God.
So what all this led to was a new found appreciation for how I look now. Gone is the uncontrollable red afro, the acne and awkward sense of fashion (or so I hope). I’ve finally hit that plateau where everything fits right and I’m happy with my appearance. Guess I’ve finally hit my peak.
According to Yahoo Answers (wise website hehe), women hit their peak between 18-25 years old. For men, it’s 25-35. I’d have to agree. Most men at that age hardly look it and I find myself attracted to men that age more than my own.
If I were to base myself on that bracket, I’ve hit my peak and in 4 months, it’ll be downhill for me. That sucks. What about all those cougars out there? Some look hotter than they did in their teens. We’ll just have to wait and see. When I’m 30, I’ll open this blog and laugh at how shallow (and hopefully untrue) this post was
