Tukhbeesat

Tukhbeesat in Arabic means mistakes. Tukhbeesat in relationship-speak, however, means relationship faux pas’ we’ve all committed. (Who are you kidding? You too.) Whether it be someone we know damn well we shouldn’t have dated (but couldn’t help it), dating an ex when we know it was so over (followed by wallowing in self-loathing), or hooking up with a complete stranger and regretting it the next day.

It’s all part of the growing pains. I hope.

Fine, but some tukhbeesat are so worth it. Makes life worth living. :) Like I always say, “It’s not the walk of shame if you’re not ashamed of what you did.” ;)

Agree :) And a quote to add to that: “Mistakes are part of the dues one pays for a full life.” – Sophia Loren

Welcome to My Blog!

Lorena's Epiphany was created one morning in 2006 and has joined me ever since. It's been my home-away-from-home and where I've been able to unleash my inner-most thoughts and musings. Hopefully one day I'll look back at this as an old lady and smile.
